Senior CAD / BIM Technician – Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior CAD / BIM Technician to join KEO International Consultants’ award‑winning team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on producing high‑quality interior‑design drawings and BIM models that support construction documentation and coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare interior‑design drawings in CAD from concept through detailed design.
• Produce accurate record drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate design projects with architects, engineers and other CAD technicians.
• Utilise custom tools, utilities and scripts to automate AutoCAD workflows and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain BIM model accuracy for interior‑design deliverables and support BIM coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to manage design changes and resolve modelling challenges.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan, content standards and development procedures.
• Lead the creation of interior‑design specific BIM content for drawing sets and discipline reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural or interior‑design drafting and modelling.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Professional certification in AutoCAD or Revit.
