Senior Capital Raising Manager

About the role

TradeX Protocol is seeking a Senior Capital Raising Manager to lead its fundraising efforts across institutional investors, family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals and strategic partners. Based on‑site in Dubai, the role combines strategic planning, investor communication and close collaboration with the firm’s quantitative trading teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive capital‑raising strategy aligned with the firm’s systematic trading objectives.
• Identify, engage and build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals and strategic partners.
• Develop and deliver investor pitch materials that clearly articulate performance, risk framework and market positioning.
• Manage the fundraising pipeline, coordinate investor meetings and present the firm’s strategies and results.
• Respond to due‑diligence requests, negotiate terms and ensure timely reporting to investors.
• Collaborate with internal research, engineering and trading teams to provide accurate data and performance analytics.
• Monitor alternative‑investment and quantitative‑trading market trends to refine messaging and uncover new capital sources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in capital raising, investor relations or business development within financial markets or asset management.
• Strong understanding of trading strategies, portfolio management and asset classes such as gold, FX and digital assets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities, capable of explaining complex strategies to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; CFA, CAIA or similar certification is a plus.
• Track record of thriving in high‑growth, entrepreneurial environments and working cross‑functionally.
