Senior Civil Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages, implement economical solutions, and lead the application of ADNOC standards for civil maintenance. Mentor UAE nationals in civil engineering to support Emiratization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions.
• Lead implementation of company standards and policies related to civil maintenance.
• Mentor and develop UAE nationals in civil engineering to meet Emiratization targets.
• Initiate, plan, and supervise cross‑functional teams and contractors to deliver projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure project requirements and deliverables comply with company standards and specifications.
• Manage the Maintenance Management system for civil maintenance support services.
• Prepare and finalize contracts for civil maintenance services in line with acquisition plans.
• Analyze technical competency, experience, and HSE performance to select bidders and material vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil maintenance, including concrete rehabilitation, roads infrastructure, fireproofing and non‑metallic utility piping repair, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
