About the role
Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to represent the brand in Abu Dhabi. You will act as an ambassador, ensuring every client receives the Louis Vuitton promise and experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and act as a role model for the team.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support teammates in reaching their targets.
- Welcome clients, advise them across all product categories, and build long‑term relationships.
- Utilise clienteling tools to develop existing clients and recruit new ones.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Support daily store operations, including floor management, stock handling, and opening/closing duties.
- Assist the Team Manager in fostering a client‑centric mindset and mentor new team members.
Required profile
- Strong curiosity, agility, empathy and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven retail experience in fast‑paced environments.
- Maturity and managerial credibility with the ability to lead by example.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
