Senior Cloud and DevOps Engineer – Azure Applications

About the role

Own Azure application environments, deployment automation, monitoring and operational reliability for the Chamber’s digital platforms, collaborating with technical support and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain development, UAT and production Azure environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Next.js, React, Node.js.NET and Strapi applications.
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code, implement deployment controls, approvals, rollback procedures and release traceability.
• Establish monitoring, logging, dashboards, health checks and alerts; manage application identities, access controls, certificates and secrets.
• Monitor cloud expenditure, coordinate backup and recovery, and maintain environment inventories and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cloud/DevOps experience, including 3+ years operating Azure production applications.
• Strong incident diagnosis, root‑cause analysis, monitoring and recovery‑testing experience.

• Azure services: App Service, Functions, Storage/Blob, Key Vault, Monitor, Application Insights, API Management, Service Bus.
• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions.
• IaC: Terraform, Bicep.
• Languages & frameworks: Node.js, Next.js, React.NET, Strapi, PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Container & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
• Security & identity: Entra ID, managed identities, RBAC, DNS, TLS, private endpoints.
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
