Senior Commercial Manager

About the role

Own a high-value territory and lead from the front – close the largest restaurant and supplier accounts yourself while setting the pace, playbook, and standard for a growing field team. This senior individual contributor role combines quota‑carrying responsibilities with a player‑coach scope, mentoring junior reps and interns alongside the Head of Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and consistently exceed a quota for new restaurant and supplier accounts in your territory.
• Personally close strategic, multi‑branch, and enterprise F&B groups end‑to‑end.
• Build and roll out the field sales playbook – pitch, objection handling, demo flow, qualification.
• Coach and coordinate junior reps and interns through ride‑alongs, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching.
• Partner with Supply, Product, and Operations to unblock deals and feed market signals into the roadmap.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience in the F&B industry with a proven record of over‑achieving quota.
• Established network of UAE F&B decision‑makers (strong advantage).
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi preferred) and a UAE driving licence.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a target‑driven, field‑heavy environment.
