Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

Richemont is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst on a fixed‑term contract to lead a strategic project across the MEIAT region. Reporting to the Regional Compensation Director, you will design and implement an Excel‑based simulation tool that supports executive decision‑making on compensation structures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy a robust Excel simulation module in collaboration with Commercial & Data Analytics teams.
• Act as project manager for all simulation activities, coordinating HR, Finance and Commercial stakeholders.
• Work closely with local market teams in UAE, KSA, India, Turkey and South Africa to capture operational nuances and integrate the tool into regional processes.
• Produce concise reports and presentations that illustrate the impact of proposed compensation models for the Executive Committee.
• Maintain the highest standards of data security, confidentiality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial modeling, data analytics or commercial project management, preferably in a multinational or luxury retail environment.
• Expert‑level mastery of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, VBA, pivot tables and financial simulation design.
• Solid understanding of compensation analysis, sales incentives or commission schemes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and presentation abilities with a focus on executive‑ready insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field.
