Senior Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Senior Compliance Specialist will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of AL TARIQ’s Compliance Management System (CMS). This role ensures that all regulatory, legal, contractual and industry requirements are fully integrated into the company’s policies and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the CMS to meet UAE government, client and industry standards.
• Develop compliance frameworks, controls, monitoring mechanisms and reporting processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess associated compliance risks.
• Integrate compliance obligations into business processes, policies and contracts.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or related fields, preferably within a technology or defence environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory landscape and international compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑assessment capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
