Senior Construction Manager – Brownfield

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead brownfield projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of construction works, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for the owner and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMC construction team, including engineers and supervisors, to execute all construction activities.
• Coordinate constructability reviews from FEED through EPC completion.
• Ensure contractors comply with HSSE and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce site safety plans during construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up.
• Facilitate collaboration between PMC, contractors, and the owner’s construction personnel.
• Review and approve contractor procedures, method statements, and fabrication drawings.
• Manage handover activities and secure closure agreements with the owner.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in construction management on brownfield projects.
• Strong leadership with a focus on HSSE culture and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve construction issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with owners, licensors, and contractors.
