Senior Construction Superintendent – Mechanical (PMC)

About the role

The Senior Construction Superintendent (Mechanical) will lead construction supervision, coordination and administration for FEED/EPC contracts on oil and gas projects. The role ensures timely work‑order completion, adherence to client objectives and safe, quality‑driven execution from fabrication through commissioning and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and enforce construction scope in line with FEED/EPC contracts, coordinating contractors from construction through commissioning.
• Review and validate construction/installation plans, procedures and requirements to ensure constructability and compliance with EPC scope.
• Supervise EPC contractors and subcontractors on‑site, maintaining safety, quality and schedule requirements.
• Identify construction slippage, recommend corrective actions and provide constructability input to estimates and design documents.
• Coordinate with procurement, project controls and ADNOC Offshore operations to align material deliveries and progress reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical.
• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior construction superintendent role.
• Proven PMC experience on EPC offshore brownfield or field‑production upgrade projects.
