About the role

The Senior Consultant will support the delivery of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) advisory services for capital projects in the building, construction and real estate sector. The role requires a qualified Civil Engineer with hands‑on experience in capital project delivery, construction and real estate development, combined with Big 4 consulting experience.

Key responsibilities

Assess and strengthen project governance, risk management, internal controls and compliance frameworks across the full project lifecycle.
Provide GRC advisory services from feasibility and design through planning, procurement, construction, handover and operations.

Required profile

Qualified Civil Engineer with proven experience in capital project delivery.
Hands‑on exposure to construction and real estate development projects.
Previous experience working at a Big 4 consulting firm.
