Senior Consultant Financial Services – ERS GRC

About the role

Manage and monitor multiple engagements and teams, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery for financial services clients. Train teams on regulatory changes and trends, and lead initiatives to improve service efficiency through digitalisation and standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee engagement risk management, client acceptance, and continuity procedures for internal audit, ICOFR, ERM, and corporate governance.
• Support Engagement Partners in business development, pre‑engagement activities, and client meetings within the financial services sector.
• Implement KPMG methodologies, tools, and new services while streamlining advisory processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, internal auditing, management accounting or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualification (CIA, CA, ACCA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, BCM, CCGP).
• 6‑7 years experience in internal audit, ICOFR, ERM, corporate governance or related quality assurance, preferably in consulting or financial institutions.
• Minimum 6 months experience in an assistant‑manager role.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
