Senior Consultant — Forensic, Ethics & Compliance

About the role

KPMG's Forensic practice is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability in the UAE. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team delivering ethics and compliance solutions to clients — contributing to framework design, investigations, and risk assessments, and producing high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design of compliance frameworks and the execution of investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence processes, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards.
• Contribute to client engagements with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and support the mentoring of junior team members.
• Keep up to date with relevant regulations and industry trends to ensure deliverables remain compliant.
• Help identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and support the preparation of proposals and client materials.
• Report progress and updates on assignments to the performance manager, team leader, or engagement manager.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Forensic, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations, or risk assessment work, ideally in a consulting, advisory, or regulated industry setting.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
• Progress toward relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CCEP, ICA) is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Interest in or exposure to the energy/oil & gas sectors is desirable.
