About the role
KPMG’s Forensic practice is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability in the UAE. As a Senior Consultant you will join a client‑facing team that designs ethics and compliance frameworks, conducts investigations and risk assessments, and delivers high‑quality deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of ethics and compliance frameworks for clients across sectors.
- Lead and contribute to forensic investigations, misconduct reviews and third‑party due‑diligence processes.
- Perform compliance risk assessments, gap analyses and develop actionable remediation plans.
- Stay current with global and local regulatory requirements, especially in the energy and oil & gas sectors.
- Assist in business development by identifying service opportunities and preparing proposal material.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in forensic, compliance or risk management, preferably in consulting or a regulated industry.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations or risk assessment work.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
- Progress toward relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CCEP, ICA) is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
