Senior Consultant – Oracle Cloud Fusion Data Migration

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end data migration strategy for Oracle Cloud Fusion modules, including Finance, Payroll, Procurement, SCM and PPM. The role is based onsite in Sharjah and works closely with the client’s Data Lead and functional SMEs throughout the Blueprinting, mock conversion and production cut‑over phases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the migration strategy, scope and data mapping templates for all in‑scope tracks.
• Plan, execute and track three mock conversion runs and the final production migration.
• Oversee extraction, cleansing, transformation, load and reconciliation of master and transactional data.
• Coordinate with client SMEs to validate data correctness and obtain formal sign‑off.
• Govern the data migration workstream across Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, Payroll, Reporting and Integration modules.
• Lead risk management, stakeholder communication and executive governance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering large‑scale data migrations to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on data quality and governance.
