Senior Contract Manager – Offshore Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead the full contract lifecycle for offshore oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing tendering, contract formation, administration, change management, claims and close‑out for large‑scale EPC and FEED contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract process from award through to close‑out for offshore projects.
• Lead high‑value negotiations with contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee subcontracting strategy, tendering, evaluation and award.
• Ensure commercial, contractual and compliance excellence across FEED/EPC contracts.
• Coordinate between project management, procurement, legal and contractors to protect company interests.
• Handle risk management, claims and change management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas, with extensive offshore project exposure.
• Proven experience on mega‑projects exceeding USD 1 billion.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Previous experience with PMC/EPC mechanical construction and ADNOC offshore projects is an advantage.
