Senior Copywriter & LinkedIn Personal Brand Strategist Dubai

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling ecommerce business generating about USD $5M per month. You will shape the founder’s public image and create high‑impact commercial copy for our brand, products, and recruitment efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Interview the founder, extract stories and business insights, and turn them into engaging LinkedIn posts.
• Develop and manage the founder’s LinkedIn content strategy, calendar, and audience growth.
• Write and optimise landing pages, product pages, and recruitment‑focused copy.
• Create headlines, hooks, offers and product positioning that drive conversions.
• Support ad copy, advertorials, email copy and other high‑impact projects using customer research and performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing your own LinkedIn profile or managing a founder’s personal brand, with demonstrable audience and engagement results.
• Immaculate English copywriting ability, adaptable to LinkedIn, product, and recruitment tones.
• Strong commercial understanding – copy must create interest, communicate value and drive action.
• Excellent interviewing and storytelling skills to turn everyday moments into compelling narratives.
• Proactive ownership and good judgment in identifying content opportunities.
