Senior Cost Consultant (P5) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join its flagship city‑center development in Abu Dhabi. You will lead cost management across all project phases, ensuring financial performance aligns with the ambitious vision for commercial, retail, luxury and entertainment spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across the project.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead cost management services across all phases and sectors, applying advanced technical expertise.
• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement and contract strategies.
• Apply value‑management techniques to optimise outcomes and present final cost plans to stakeholders.
• Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting.
• Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net‑zero goals.

Required profile

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership such as MRICS (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in the Middle East.
