Senior Cost Manager

About the role

Currie & Brown are looking for a Senior Cost Manager with experience in pre‑ and post‑contract projects to join their growing team in Al Ain. The role supports project leaders in delivering high‑quality service, achieving successful client outcomes and sharing knowledge across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Set objectives and priorities, working proactively as a team player.
• Maintain effective communication and liaise with other managers for efficient financial control.
• Undertake cost management services with limited supervision.
• Ensure all work outputs are accurate and delivered on time.
• Represent the company professionally, negotiating and building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Previous technical delivery experience within a global consultancy.
• Experience on large developments in hospitality, leisure, residential and retail in the Middle East.
• Strong technical writing and client‑facing communication skills.
