About the role
Kearney is seeking a Senior Creative Designer for a 1‑year fixed‑term maternity cover. Based remotely in Lebanon, you will create high‑quality presentations for the Dubai office and provide technical leadership to other designers.
Key responsibilities
- Create PowerPoint presentations following Kearney format guidelines and customized ribbon shortcuts.
- Collaborate daily with India GSC Coordinators, manage capacity, and meet deadlines.
- Produce value‑added deliverables using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and other graphics tools.
- Mentor new employees, fill in for coordinators, and support ad‑hoc tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
