Senior Customer Service Executive

About the role

KRS Logistics is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to manage end‑to‑end freight forwarding operations in Dubai. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring shipments are booked, tracked, and delivered smoothly while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate shipment updates.
• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters and internal departments.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cut‑off times, bookings and shipment status.
• Prepare, review and follow up on shipping documents (BL, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, VGM).
• Work closely with Operations and Documentation teams to ensure efficient processing.
• Resolve customer concerns, shipment issues and operational challenges promptly.
• Track pending documents, payments and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and overseas partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of import and export procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with sea freight and/or air freight operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
