Senior Cybersecurity Consultant – Tech Consulting (Dubai)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to lead strategic technology consulting initiatives across the MENA and GCC region. The role combines program leadership, stakeholder management and business development within a fast‑moving, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, strategic cybersecurity initiatives across MENA and GCC offices.
• Develop execution plans, drive actions, resolve issues and manage stakeholders to achieve program results.
• Build high‑impact relationships with decision‑makers and user stakeholders within EY and client organisations.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate KPIs and support business leaders in program performance.
• Identify and close new business opportunities to grow the cybersecurity portfolio.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, Risk, Communications, Talent) to ensure alignment with program objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a strategic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills for senior‑level audiences.
• Proven relationship‑management and team‑leadership capabilities in a matrixed environment.
