Senior Data Analyst – Wealth & Trading Tools

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own Business Intelligence analytics for its Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools product lines. You will drive insight into product performance, user growth, engagement, retention and revenue across a global crypto‑focused platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end BI analytics for Wealth/Earn and Trading Tools, covering product performance, user lifecycle, AUM, revenue and other key metrics.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of subscription flows, yield trends, asset allocation, trading bot adoption, grid/DCA strategies and cross‑product user journeys.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports and monitoring frameworks to surface performance changes and anomalies.
• Support product launches, campaigns and A/B tests with pre‑launch sizing, experiment design and post‑launch impact analysis.
• Develop scalable data models, metric frameworks and ETL pipelines while ensuring data quality and metric consistency.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Data Engineering to translate findings into actionable growth strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Product Analytics.
• Background in fintech, financial services, trading platforms or digital assets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data‑driven product recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
