Senior Delivery & Portfolio Manager – SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Delivery & Portfolio Manager to lead its SAP SuccessFactors initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role combines end‑to‑end HR technology portfolio ownership with hands‑on delivery of large‑scale transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the HR technology portfolio and transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate and HR objectives.
• Prioritise investments, programs and enhancements based on business value, risk, compliance and resource availability.
• Lead large‑scale HR technology programs from ideation through production deployment and benefits realisation.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, architects and agile squads, leveraging hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve critical delivery risks, dependencies and blockers across concurrent initiatives.
• Act as the primary technology partner for HR leadership, building strong relationships with the CHRO, finance, procurement, legal and security teams.
• Manage annual HR technology budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasting and business case development.
• Drive digitalisation and AI‑powered automation across the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering HR technology solutions, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong portfolio and programme management skills with a track record of handling multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities at executive level.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to unblock complex technical challenges.
• Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts and benefits realisation.
