Senior Designer – Architectural Design

About the role

This senior‑level position is for an experienced architectural designer who excels at 3D modelling, visualisation, and translating early design concepts into compelling architectural solutions. You will work closely with senior staff on residential, hospitality, mixed‑use and master‑planning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept design options, massing studies, façade direction, spatial layouts and character studies.
• Convert sketches, verbal briefs and references into clear 3D models, diagrams, drawings and visual material.
• Prepare pre‑concept and concept design packs, including plans, elevations, sections, diagrams and presentation layouts.
• Support test‑fit studies, area planning, unit count logic and efficiency testing aligned with commercial parameters.
• Produce refined visual material, mood imagery and design narratives that communicate proportion, atmosphere and materiality.
• Coordinate with senior team members and consultants while preserving original design intent.
• Contribute to internal reviews, identify design issues and propose alternative approaches.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain studio standards for files, models and presentation output.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of architectural design experience, preferably across residential, hospitality, mixed‑use or master‑planning projects.
• Strong design eye with good judgement of proportion, scale, context, massing and materiality.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality and to communicate ideas clearly in English.

Required skills

• Advanced 3D modelling and visualisation: Rhino, SketchUp.
• Presentation tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion.
• Technical drafting: AutoCAD, Revit.
