Lead Designer Graphics

About the role

Plucia is seeking a full‑time remote Lead Designer to shape and elevate its visual identity. The designer will create compelling graphics, lead branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high‑quality graphic designs for digital and print media.
• Develop logos, typography systems and brand guidelines that reflect the company’s AI‑driven mission.
• Manage branding projects from brief to delivery, collaborating with product, marketing and engineering teams.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Produce marketing materials such as presentations, social media assets and website visuals.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful graphic design work.
• Experience in logo design, branding and typography.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or equivalent professional experience.
