Senior Digital Solution Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Digital Solution Specialist to improve hospital operations and patient services through technology. The role is hands‑on, functional and delivery‑focused, working directly with users to shape and implement in‑house software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with RCM, finance, front‑office and patient experience teams to gather requirements, document workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define solution scope, priorities and dependencies, align stakeholders and maintain a shared understanding throughout delivery.
• Own assigned requirements from discussion through go‑live, coordinating with product, development, testing, integration and support teams.
• Support revenue‑cycle management solutions covering eligibility, coding, billing, claims, denials and collections, translating operational needs into system requirements.
• Contribute to broader digital solutions such as patient portals, mobile apps, CRM, appointment booking and online payments.
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate functional and user‑acceptance testing, and ensure delivered functionality meets agreed business requirements.
• Facilitate user training, communication, go‑live activities and early‑life support, building strong relationships across hospital and technology teams.

Required profile

• Practical experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes or related software.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, document workflows and support digital solution delivery.
• Background working in a hospital, healthcare provider or health‑tech environment, with an understanding of how clinical and operational teams interact with software.
