Senior Document Controller – Published Content

About the role

The Senior Document Controller – Published Content will lead the management of documentation and publishing activities for AL TAIF, supporting the UAE Armed Forces' land platforms. This role ensures that all policies, manuals and training materials are accurately controlled, updated and presented in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee document control and technical library processes, ensuring compliance with organisational and contractual requirements.
• Track document creation, approval, version control and archiving, including customer concurrence forms.
• Maintain a hard‑copy archive of approved policies, manuals, procedures and forms.
• Update documentation in response to Management of Change requests and manage related archiving.
• Produce and publish documents, applying graphic design, formatting and branding guidelines.
• Design presentations, charts, infographics and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Handle internal and external design requests, including printing and binding of training and promotional materials.
• Safeguard confidentiality and security of all documentation and participate in risk management activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5‑6 years of experience in document control, publishing or related fields.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and quality assurance processes.
