Senior Dynamics 365 / Dataverse & Power Automate Developer

About the role

The Senior Dynamics 365 / Dataverse & Power Automate Developer will contribute to the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Develop automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
• Configure and customize business processes, forms, dashboards, and security models.
• Develop plugins, custom APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Integrate the platform with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer from the implementation vendor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance, security, and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
