Senior Editor – Emirates Woman & Emirates Man (Campaign Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Editor to steer the editorial direction of Emirates Woman and Emirates Man across print, digital and social channels. The role is based in Dubai and will shape premium lifestyle, fashion and culture content for a fast‑moving media brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an editorial strategy that delivers consistent, engaging storytelling across all platforms.
• Manage editorial calendars aligned with audience interests and commercial objectives.
• Oversee creation, editing and commissioning of content for print, web, social and video.
• Lead SEO‑focused content planning and drive performance through analytics.
• Innovate with short‑form video, reels and emerging formats, targeting Gen Z audiences.
• Plan and coordinate content for events, awards and brand experiences.
• Represent the brands on‑camera, on‑stage and at industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaign‑related content and sponsored pieces.
• Mentor a small editorial team, set goals and promote continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven editorial experience in both print and digital media.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent eye for visual design and brand voice consistency.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance editorial integrity and client expectations.
