Senior Electrical Engineer – UAE Projects

About the role

The company seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive UAE experience to lead design and coordination of electrical systems across residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and review electrical systems, ensuring compliance with UAE authority regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate electrical drawings, layouts and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical, structural engineers and other disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Manage authority submissions and approvals (DEWA, ADDC/TAQA, SEWA, FEWA, Civil Defence, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s a plus) with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven track record in electrical design consultancy and authority approvals in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet engineering milestones.
