Senior ELV Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ELV Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The role leads the execution, coordination, testing and commissioning of Extra Low Voltage (ELV), ICT, SCADA, Building Management Systems (BMS) and Life Safety systems across commercial, residential and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of ELV and Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations and quality standards.
• Provide site supervision, monitor installation activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and construction schedules.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections, testing, documentation and implement corrective actions as required.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical submissions and RFIs.
• Coordinate and oversee works related to SCADA, BMS, ICT & ELV, ISP/OSP networks and structured cabling systems.
• Supervise testing, integration and commissioning of ELV systems and perform performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8‑12 years of experience in ELV system execution and engineering, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, including DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence.
• Proven experience on large‑scale commercial, residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
