Senior Employee Relations & Compensation & Benefits Officer

About the role

The Senior Officer, Employee Relations & Compensation & Benefits supports the implementation of employee relations programs, compensation structures, benefits administration and HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Address employee inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain accurate employee records and case documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits processing, salary reviews, benchmarking and annual compensation cycles.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, update them for legal compliance, and prepare HR reports and analytics.
• Coordinate onboarding and exit processes, liaise with insurance providers, government bodies and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in employee relations, HR operations or compensation & benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies and best practices.
