About the role

Penspen is seeking a Senior Engineer, Construction – Civil & Structural for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing structural works, approving submittals, managing RFIs, inspecting completed work, and ensuring project compliance.

Key responsibilities

Oversee structural works on site.
Approve technical submittals.
Manage Requests for Information (RFIs).
Inspect completed work to verify quality.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Required profile

Engineering degree in Civil or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 15+ years of experience, including at least 10 years on mega oil and gas processing projects.
15 years of structural engineering experience with a strong focus on construction supervision in the UAE.

Required skills

Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.
Experience in technical submittal reviews.
Contractor claims management.
Site inspection and supervision.
ADNOC project experience (advantageous).
