About the role
The Senior Engineer will provide on‑site digital service support across multiple retail locations, ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents. This role involves leading complex rollouts and system cutovers while maintaining high service availability.
Key responsibilities
- Handle advanced on‑site escalations, high‑impact outages, and root‑cause analysis.
- Lead complex rollouts, system cutovers, and develop troubleshooting playbooks.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of field support experience, preferably in multi‑site retail environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Engineering or equivalent.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Required skills
- ITIL framework knowledge.
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (preferred).
- OEM or hardware certifications (advantageous).
