Senior Engineer, Maintenance (Civil)

About the role

The Senior Engineer, Maintenance (Civil) will lead the study, design, specification and service delivery for a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including transportation systems, bridges, drainage, and water treatment facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and specify transportation systems such as roads, rail, airports and seaports, as well as bridges and related infrastructure.
• Develop drainage, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection and treatment solutions.
• Plan, schedule and conduct engineering work, adapting techniques and criteria to complex project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to designers and less‑experienced engineers.
• Innovate new approaches to resolve conflicting design requirements and material challenges.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant civil engineering experience (average 6‑10 years).
• Proven experience in transportation, bridge, drainage, water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work under general supervision while delivering independent technical solutions.
