Senior Engineer – OR&A Operations

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Engineer specialized in Operations, Reliability & Availability (OR&A) to join its Abu Dhabi team for a major PMC project. The role focuses on delivering high‑value engineering solutions for gas processing, compression, and pipeline infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for gas processing and gas compression facilities.
• Provide technical oversight on EPC projects, including pipeline and NGL network design.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on multi‑million‑dollar sour‑gas treatment and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.
• Support on‑shore and off‑shore project execution and delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 5 years on on‑shore and off‑shore projects.
• Proven experience in EPC, gas pipeline, and gas processing plant projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
• Experience with ADNOC gas processing and pipeline projects.
