Senior Engineer, Reservoir Management

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide expert reservoir engineering input to multidisciplinary projects. The role leads reservoir management studies, performance reviews and optimization, ensuring field development aligns with industry best practices and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all aspects of reservoir management, including field development, performance evaluation, and well prognosis.
• Identify, justify, and implement workflows for pattern balancing, production, and injection optimization.
• Design and lead project surveillance programs such as pressure transient surveys, tracer surveys, interference testing, observation well placement, and cased‑hole logging.
• Apply advanced reservoir engineering techniques, integrating dynamic and static data to maximize profitable recovery.
• Govern field production and injection capacities in line with company guidelines and drilling schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in reservoir engineering, oil and gas field development, and full‑field simulation studies.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver optimization plans.
