Senior Engineer - Technology Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Technology Quality Assurance to own the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle. You will champion software quality, ensuring every released feature meets high standards of functionality, performance, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full Software Testing Life Cycle from requirement analysis to release sign‑off and post‑launch monitoring.
• Design, build, maintain and scale automated UI and API test suites using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Appium.
• Plan, script and execute load, stress and performance tests with tools like JMeter, K6 or Gatling.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing to capture edge cases, usability issues and visual inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to define acceptance criteria and prevent defects early.
• Manage defects in JIRA, providing clear reproduction steps and diagnostics.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) for continuous feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on QA experience on web and mobile applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English for documentation and client interaction.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering pixel‑perfect products.
