Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead value‑driven partnerships with large enterprise customers in Dubai. You will guide organizations through onboarding, drive adoption, and ensure measurable outcomes and long‑term success with our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive success plans that align our products with customer goals and KPIs.
• Lead onboarding, adoption initiatives and Quarterly/Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain multi‑threaded relationships with both business and technical stakeholders across the account.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on expansion, upsell and renewal planning.
• Provide customer feedback to Product, Engineering and Support to influence roadmap and improve the customer experience.
• Analyze usage data and KPIs to uncover optimization opportunities and help customers articulate ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience with large enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable leading strategy with minimal oversight.
