Senior Executive - Brand Marketing

About the role

The Senior Executive – Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of both long‑term and short‑term marketing strategies for assigned apparel brands. Reporting to senior leadership, the role drives brand growth, market presence and customer engagement across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated ATL and BTL campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, quality standards and budget compliance.
• Lead media planning, media buying and creative collaboration to maximise reach while respecting regional cultural norms.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities and drive business development.
• Formulate strategic marketing plans that support top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability, including new client acquisition and negotiation.
• Oversee retail operations, product selection and customer experience initiatives, leveraging loyalty data for segmentation and targeted marketing.
• Set ROI targets, monitor performance, and produce post‑campaign reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within brand strategy and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and leadership abilities.
• Proven understanding of marketing trends, consumer behaviour and competitive analysis.
