About the role
The Senior Executive Corporate Engagement will coordinate and deliver corporate engagement, employer branding and stakeholder partnership initiatives that strengthen talent attraction, workforce development and organisational visibility across the Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with universities, colleges, government entities, professional associations and community partners to support human capital priorities.
- Coordinate partnership activities for Emiratisation, internships, graduate programmes and workforce development, tracking commitments and outcomes.
- Represent the organisation at career fairs, conferences, networking forums and community initiatives to enhance visibility and stakeholder access.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to align employer‑branding campaigns and content across engagement channels.
- Plan and execute career fairs, recruitment drives, university outreach and early‑career initiatives to build talent pipelines.
- Review market and stakeholder insights, benchmark engagement practices and recommend enhancements to talent‑attraction programmes.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and corporate social responsibility initiatives to support a positive culture.
- Prepare engagement plans, presentations, stakeholder communications and reports to enable timely decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate stakeholder records, activity schedules and deliverables in line with governance and data requirements.
- Track participation, partnership outcomes and campaign performance, analyse results and provide clear recommendations to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline; fresh graduates may be considered.
- Up to two years of relevant experience in corporate engagement, stakeholder relations, employer branding, events or communications is an advantage.
- Core competencies such as achievement drive, initiative, teamwork, flexibility and adaptability.
- Functional competencies including stakeholder relationship management, partnership development, employer branding, event planning, corporate communications, networking, project management, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
