Senior Executive – Engineering (Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre)

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The role focuses on coordinating preventive maintenance, managing engineering documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across the serviced‑apartment tower.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance schedules (PPM) for owners' apartments, kitchen equipment, swimming pools and building facilities.
• Administer engineering operations and documentation, including quotations, work orders, maintenance contracts, permits, reports, Oracle updates and departmental records.
• Monitor and maintain compliance and safety requirements, such as Fire Life Safety documentation, contractor permits, pest‑control programmes and company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and tracking systems, covering revenue, maintenance logs, training records, attendance, vacation plans and performance reporting.
• Liaise with residents, owners, contractors and internal departments, handling maintenance requests, complaints and scheduled works while providing administrative support to the Director of Engineering and Duty Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems to support maintenance coordination and engineering operations.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and contractor permit procedures.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for interaction with residents, contractors and internal teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Oracle and AutoCAD.
