Senior Executive - Human Capital

About the role

Act as the strategic and operational HR partner for assigned retail regions, driving workforce stability, performance, engagement, and compliance across stores while enabling business managers and store leaders to deliver results. You will work closely with regional and store managers to translate business priorities into people actions and ensure effective workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Regional, Business and Store Managers, attend regional business reviews and translate priorities into people actions.
• Maintain store‑wise manpower mapping, identify critical vacancies and coordinate hiring with Talent Acquisition.
• Monitor attrition trends, recommend preventive actions and ensure accurate store mapping.
• Support performance review cycles, identify high‑potential managers and develop action plans for under‑performers.
• Drive induction and onboarding, conduct regular store visits and pulse‑check conversations.
• Handle employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, investigations and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure visa status, contract compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Provide weekly updates on manpower gaps, attrition, ER cases and store visits with clear dashboards.
