Senior Executive – Learning & Development

About the role

The Senior Executive – Learning & Development will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes across Apparel Group’s brands in the UAE. The role aligns learning initiatives with business objectives, drives a culture of continuous professional growth and supports the development of career pathways for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and implement all regional training activities, ensuring they support sales targets and adhere to company policies.
• Develop new learning initiatives and an annual training calendar for all brands.
• Guide and monitor the training team to improve conversion rates through effective methodologies.
• Create cost‑effective training solutions and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge for new brands.
• Review and enhance training content, analyse feedback and continuously refine programmes.
• Recommend innovative learning materials and delivery approaches to boost engagement.
• Measure training delivery, keep comprehensive records and ensure best‑practice standards.
• Design and roll out in‑store and leadership programmes, conduct retail assessments and organise mystery‑shopping evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, human resources or retail operations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
