Senior Facilities Manager

About the role

Emrill Services is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IFM services in line with contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and statutory requirements.
• Manage multiple FM contracts safely, efficiently and profitably, including development of Contract Management Plans and continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor performance, challenge metrics, and drive service improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams (Technical, Housekeeping, Security, Support Services) and ensure consistent operational standards.
• Drive initiatives for operational efficiency, energy reduction, cost optimisation and implement CAFM systems for performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in a senior facilities management role with proven track record of managing multiple FM/IFM contracts.
• Strong experience in client management, operational leadership, people management and commercial performance.
• Degree in Engineering (MBA advantageous) and IOSH certification; NEBOSH preferred.
