Senior FandB Manager

About the role

Lead and inspire large, diverse teams across premium airport food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional passenger experiences at scale. The role combines operational excellence, financial stewardship and strategic development of new concepts in a high‑volume, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate diverse teams across premium airport F&B operations.
• Deliver exceptional passenger experience at scale.
• Drive operational excellence, service quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage P&L, set forecasts and take corrective actions as needed.
• Play a key role in new openings, expansions, transformation initiatives and concept development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in an executive senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in high‑revenue, cost‑controlled, multi‑site F&B operations and pre‑opening projects, preferably in the GCC market.

Required skills

• Food safety, occupational health and safety (OHS), quality assurance and risk management.
• CAPEX budgeting and staff budgeting preparation and submission.
