About the role

This function ensures exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. The Senior F&B Ambassador represents the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering flawless service from welcome to farewell.

Key responsibilities

Deliver outstanding dining experiences and uphold service standards.
Represent the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring each guest becomes a happy fan.
Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, keeping the guest’s interests at heart.
Prevent complaints and execute effective service recovery when needed.
Go the extra mile by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language is an asset.
