Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire large, diverse teams across premium airport F&B operations.
• Deliver exceptional passenger experience at scale.
• Drive operational excellence, service quality and continuous improvement.
• Manage P&L, set forecasts and take corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field (required).
• Minimum 8 years of hospitality experience with at least 2 years in an executive leadership role.
• Proven pre‑opening experience in high‑volume premium F&B operations.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth and cost control.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and self‑motivation.
• Ability to create personalized F&B experiences.
• Expertise in preparing CAPEX and staff budgets.
• Experienced in food safety, OHS, quality assurance and risk management.
