About the role

This senior position is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences across Address Hotels + Resorts. The role represents the brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring flawless service from welcome to farewell. It operates in a highly empowered environment focused on guest satisfaction. The leader will drive performance, manage teams and ensure cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

Complete projects on time.
Complete projects within budget.
Deliver projects meeting quality standards.
Realize cost efficiencies.
Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

10–15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 7 years in progressively responsible F&B operations roles within a 5‑star environment.
Degree or diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
Proven multidisciplinary experience and expert product knowledge.
